It explains reservation status, allocation treatment, cancellation requests, refund eligibility, processing timelines, taxes, redemption procedures, and customer responsibilities. By completing a Farendipity Getaway Reservation™, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Reservation & Refund Framework

A Farendipity Getaway Reservation™ secures participation within the Farendipity® ecosystem and is not a guarantee of a specific travel itinerary, destination, supplier, travel date, or travel benefit. Participation opportunities remain subject to future selection, availability, and applicable program terms.
BAIS™ Travel Allocation
Of the $499.73 reservation amount:

• BAIS™ Travel Allocation: $479.00
BAIS™ (Budget Allocation Intelligence System) is Farendipity’s allocation framework used to reserve funds for future eligible participation opportunities and ecosystem activations.
Reservation Redemption
Following reservation confirmation, participants may receive access to destination opportunities, destination intelligence, promotions, rewards, merchant offers, travel experiences, and future ecosystem participation programs.
Availability may vary by destination, season, supplier participation, and program requirements.

Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be approved when reservation allocations have not been redeemed, committed, consumed, activated, or otherwise utilized within the Farendipity® ecosystem.
All requests remain subject to administrative review.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method.
Financial institution processing times may vary and remain outside Farendipity’s control.
Taxes & Third-Party Charges
Applicable taxes may arise at different stages of participation.
Sales taxes, destination taxes, occupancy taxes, transportation taxes, merchant fees, and supplier-imposed charges may be assessed separately in accordance with applicable laws and fulfillment requirements.
